Programmes
Students must be at least 17 years of age and have completed
their High School education. In a few exceptional cases AKTO has

Arts course, depending on the applicant. ΑΚΤΟ often requests
applicants to undergo an interview with the appropriate head of
department. A portfolio is considered an advantage, particularly in
the Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts & Technology and Bachelor of
Arts in Cartoon-Sketch-Comics programmes. There is no maximum age
limit.
When you enrol you will need:
- Your High School graduation certificate (exceptions apply)
- Your Police ID or passport
- First instalment of fees (for enrolment)
Admission requirements for the Master of Arts
programme
Holders of a Bachelor of Arts degree (first or second class) or
equivalent (such as Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Philosophy
or Bachelor of Music), may be considered for enrolment in the
interdisciplinary Master of Arts in Design
programme.
Graduates of BA and equivalent degrees of a lower level may be considered for admission, should they prove that they possess the ability, aptitude and interest required by the Master’s programme, or should they possess extensive professional experience (supported by credible evidence) in the field of Design. Applicants undergo an interview process, submit a file of selected works and may be asked to provide transcripts.
In some cases, applicants with a third class degree are accepted for a postgraduate certificate course or an advanced year of an undergraduate programme before being considered for the full-blown Master of Arts degree.
There is no maximum age limit for enrolment to the
course.
